Been a While

So seems that it has been a while since I last blogged.  I think it is time to start once more.  I guess I could say that things have been busy, which wouldn't entirely be a lie.  My Bible studies as of late have been in a different style.  They have been book studies through Beth Moore and others.  I have learned a lot through them but have not shared.  Even though I am not studying a book directly from the Bible per se, I think I will once again share what God speaks to me.  Not that what I have to say is so important but because it becomes a good reminder to me in the future when I look back.

Excited to once again be back in the blogging world.  And cant wait to see what God has to say!

Q&T: Questions Without Answers only Truth

We all come to a point in our lives when we question God.  Questions come in many forms depending on the situation we find ourselves in.  I know there have been many moments in my life when I questioned God's plan, especially when it seemed to make no sense.  At this moment in my life, I am in a place of transition, and I asked: What are some of the major questions we ask God, and, more importantly, what are the answers to these questions? Entertaining a Fool

"Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you will be like him yourself." Proverbs 26:4 This may sound like a common sense type of statement.  But all to often this can be true of how we portray ourselves.  To many times we want to be right and we know what another is saying is not "the right way to look at it" or its not a correct view point so we argue our point.  We want to make sure that he is corrected. What is the result of such actions?  We put the person in their place?  We feel better getting the "truth" out there?  Dont get me wrong, I am not saying not to challenge someone when the time is right.  Proverbs does go on to state:  "Answer a fool according to his folly, or he will be wise in his own eyes."  There is a time and place to do such confrontation but this verse is saying check yourself.   What is the motive behind the confrontation?   Thought for the day:  Do I follow a fool in his fo...
